The Northville Placid Trail (NPT) is a 138 mile long hiking trail in Northern New York.[1]
It is maintained by the Northville Placid Trail Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club.[2]

The entirety of the Northville-Lake Placid trail lies within the Adirondack Park. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is responsible for management of the Adirondack Park, including the Northville-Lake Placid Trail.
